NYFW: Street Style

Street style can suffer on a cold and bleak winter Saturday, even during fashion week. We’re seeing more cozy than chic, and we are definitely in the former camp with warm layers camouflaging any attempt at style. That said, we did see some camera worthy looks at Lincoln Center yesterday. Had we lingered longer, I’m sure we would have many more pics, but the Starbucks across the street was calling our name.

Street Style Snaps at New York Fashion Week

By now, the profession of street style photographer been legitimized as a genuine career path. We’re total amateurs, but we can’t resist playing Sartorialist while at the shows. Here are snaps from the Rag and Bone show yesterday. Sadly, the chilly weather forced many people to default to black layers, but we still saw some great pops of neon and interesting texture with fur overcoats and vests.
