Why should I register for an account?
While Les Nouvelles does not require customers to create an account before making a purchase, registered customers enjoy a number of benefits. Our members can participate in the Be Your Own Stylist program, keep merchandise saved in My Closet or in your Wishlist, use previous Les Nouvelles purchases to style new looks, view and purchase sale merchandise and receive email updates on new products that may be of interest. Members can also track the shipping status of orders within their account. Registering for an account really opens up customers to the full Les Nouvelles experience!

How do I sign up?
Click here or on “My Account” and you will be provided with a direct link that will walk you through the process. If you already have items in your cart and are ready to complete your order, simply click on “Checkout”, and this will automatically create an account for you.

How do I change my password?
You may change your password by clicking on "My Account" on the top menu. If you are able to log in to your account, click on "Edit Your Profile". Enter your new password, verify password and click on "Submit". If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot your password?" link and you will be prompted to either enter a "hint" or reset your password according to the instructions shown.

How do I make changes to my account profile?
Log into your account, and click on “Edit Your Profile” located at the left of your account page. Make the necessary changes to your account, (i.e. email address, password, billing address, etc.) Scroll down, and click on “Submit” The changes you have made will now be saved to your profile.

Are all the items on your site immediately available?
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation. Sometimes it is possible to reorder an item that is out of stock. Simply send us an email with the product information and we will make every effort to secure it for you!

Do you have sizing information?
We have a size charts link that should be helpful in determining the appropriate size for you. Because sizing and cut will vary between brands, please use this chart as a general guide to compare the various size scales. If you are between sizes or need assistance selecting the proper size, please contact Customer Service by email or phone and we will be happy to help you get the right fit.

Which credit cards do you accept?
Les Nouvelles accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept any other forms of payment, such as cash, checks or money orders. Additional payment options are available for international orders.

How can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the FedEx tracking number for your package. If you have registered for an account, you may check the status of your order at any time by visiting “My Account” on the menu bar. Once you login to your account using your email address and password, click on “Order History” to view past orders and current orders that you have placed. From here you can determine when your order actually leaves Les Nouvelles.

How can I modify my order?
Once an order has been placed we are unable to guarantee any modifications to the order including cancellation. Please contact customer service as soon as possible to determine if a change is possible.

What brands do you carry?
Our Designer Index lists all the brands we carry, both alphabetically and by category. If you are a designer or showroom and wish for Les Nouvelles to consider your collection, please send us an email with your contact information.

What is a private trunk show?
Private trunk shows mean Les Nouvelles brings the goods to you! We offer two types of private trunk shows: private appointments and private parties.
Private Appointments – If you are in the Atlanta area, Les Nouvelles will gladly set up an appointment for a stylist to come to a location of your choice for a consultation and personal style session. We’ll work directly with you to find the perfect additions to your wardrobe – free of charge!
Private Parties – Imagine you and your friends shopping the hottest contemporary fashion from your own home! Just get a group together and let us take care of the rest. We'll provide stylists, food and cocktails – all complimentary! Our average private party lasts 2 hours and requires at least 8 guests in attendance.

Can I use a merchandise promo code for Sale items or previous purchases?
No, promotional codes or other coupons relating to merchandise sales do not apply to items already reduced in price or to previous purchases. Promo codes cannot be combined.

Do you issue price adjustments for sales or promo codes?
No, Les Nouvelles does not consider price adjustments for sales or promotions that begin after an order has been placed.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax of 8% is charged on items shipped to Georgia. No other customers are charged sales tax by Les Nouvelles.

What gift services do you offer?
Les Nouvelles provides a gift receipt and gift wrapping for your package free of charge! Simply check the gift item at checkout and we will deliver your purchase gift wrapped. Please let us know of any special requests realting to your gift order and we will do our best to accomodate you.

What are your processing and shipping guidelines?
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM ET will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and usually ship within 1 business day pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM ET will begin processing the next business day. Les Nouvelles will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. Our carriers are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

What are your shipping costs and methods?
FedEx Ground: $10
FedEx 2 Day: $20
FedEx Overnight: $30
All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or FedEx Express service. Risk of loss and title for merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Les Nouvelles offers free ground shipping on all orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states. Please note that FedEx will not deliver to PO Boxes.
Alaska and Hawaii customers, please note that available options include 2 Day and Next Day service. Shipping charges for deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to a $10 surcharge in addition to the rates listed above.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from Les Nouvelles, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any and the cost of returning the package to Les Nouvelles. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Packages returned to us for failed delivery (after 3 failed delivery attempts) will be subject to a $10 fee to reship the order. This fee also applies to any orders requiring a change of address subsequent to shipment.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Les Nouvelles ships globally. Once you check out, your order will be forwarded to us for processing. Packages are sent by FedEx at a cost of $45. Typical transit time is between 5-9 business days, but occasionally items can experience customs delays of several weeks.
Les Nouvelles is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. If you refuse any shipments from Les Nouvelles you are responsible for for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Les Nouvelles.

What is your return / exchange policy?
           If you are not satisfied for any reason, returns and exchanges are accepted on FULL PRICE MERCHANDISE ONLY within 10 days of confirmed delivery for items that are UNWORN, UNALTERED AND UNWASHED, and with ALL TAGS ATTACHED. A pre-paid shipping label is included in all orders shipped within the United States. A $10 return fee is deducted on all domestic returns. If you choose to return the item in your own packaging using another shipping method, please send your package to the address listed on the pre-paid return label included in the box. We will not deduct the $10 return fee if you choose to return using your own method. Any returns shipped back to us over the 14-day return deadline will not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer. ALL ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

How do I make a return or exchange?
Returning or exchanging merchandise at Les Nouvelles is easy. There are 3 steps: 
  1. Complete the return section of the invoice completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. 
  2. Seal the return package securely.
  3. Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of the box.

What should I do if I lose my prepaid shipping label?
The prepaid shipping label included in your package is already addressed to Les Nouvelles. If you lose this label, please send your return or exchange to:

If you must send us a package without the original return shipping label, please be sure to obtain insurance on your package as Les Nouvelles will not accept responsibility for packages that you ship.

When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received at Les Nouvelles, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 10 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Les Nouvelles.

What do I do if I was shipped the wrong style/color/size?
If you were shipped incorrect merchandise (style, color, or size) you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund. We will pay for the return shipping for incorrectly filled orders.

What do I do if I was shipped defective merchandise?
We carefully inspect each product shipped in order to minimize defects. However, if you believe that you have received defective merchandise, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund. We do not manufacture our products and we do not offer any warranty. We have made every effort to display the color and style of our products as accurately as possible, but due to the variability in display of computer monitors, we cannot guarantee that the colors you see on your monitor will be entirely accurate.
